Chantilly, VA – SRC, Inc. has been ranked 14 on the 2012 “Best Places to Work in Virginia” list, in the large employers category. The program is a statewide project of Virginia Business magazine and Best Companies Group that aims to identify and recognize the best companies to work for in Virginia.
“We are very proud to be recognized as one of the best companies to work for in Virginia,” said Paul G. Tremont, president of SRC. “It is a great honor to be included on this list of so many esteemed employers. I believe the most important part of the survey process is receiving the data about what our employees think. We use this information to continue to improve as we strive to be an even better employer. Employee feedback is the true testament to what a great corporate environment we have.”
SRC is committed to providing the best work environment possible. Employees receive competitive salaries and excellent benefits, including 10 percent employer contribution to a retirement account, and 100 percent tuition support. SRC promotes a healthy work/life balance and offers many personal benefits, including flexible scheduling, wellness programs, employee discounts, volunteer opportunities, and family-friendly corporate events. As a not-for-profit, SRC is continually reinvesting and using internal innovations to improve processes to deliver the best possible experience for employees and customers alike.
The “Best Places to Work in Virginia” statewide survey contains three categories, 32 small (15-99 U.S. employees), 18 midsize (100 to 249 U.S. employees), and 20 large (250 or more U.S. employees) employers. The Best Companies group surveys employers and employees about the corporate environment, benefits and policies for employees. The results of the Best Companies questionnaire along with an internal survey are the basis for the rankings. The “Best Places to Work in Virginia” list was published in the February 2012 issue of Virginia Business.
